Personally Identifiable Information

From visitors to our Website we collect:

  • Name, telephone number, email address, and any other information provided by the visitor in a web form. 

From job applicants applying to work with us who apply via our Website we may collect:

  • Name, physical address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, social security number, driver’s license or other government issued document identification, marital and gender status, employment and education history, and other personal information necessary to evaluate applicants.

From our clients we collect the following information about our clients:

  • Name, company name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, username and password, and billing and payment information.

From applicants and employees about whom we provide consumer reports (“Consumers”) and/or from our clients acting with the authorization of such Consumers, we collect the following information about Consumers:

  • Name, physical address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, social security number, employment and education history, driver’s license number, Social Security Number, username and password, and any other information we require to produce background screening reports on Consumers.

 Non-personally Identifiable Information

Our Website also collects non-personally identifiable information. For example, as you browse our Website, we may collect information about your visit, but not about you personally. Via web server logs, for example, we may monitor statistics such as the number of people that visit our site, which pages are visited on our site, and from which domain and browsers visitors view our site. Children under the Age of 18

Neither our Website nor our services are intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 on our Website. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Website. If we learn we have collected or received personally identifiable information through our Website from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Under California law, Allied Screening compiles “investigative consumer reports” about individuals and provides them to businesses for background screening and similar purposes.

Personal Information Disclosure: United States or Overseas.  In connection with our preparation and processing of investigative consumer reports under California law, we are required to advise you that Allied Screening does not transfer personal information about you to our authorized service providers and affiliates outside the United States and its territories.

Privacy Practices.  Allied Screening’s policies and procedures for preparing and processing of investigative consumer reports are designed to comply with the requirements of the California Investigative Consumer Reporting Agencies Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1786 et seq.) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.).
